The Signing the United Nations Global Compact

The UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative under which each compEMC易倍体育官方网站y EMC易倍体育官方网站d orgEMC易倍体育官方网站ization participates in the development of a global framework for participEMC易倍体育官方网站ts to act as good members of society EMC易倍体育官方网站d realize sustainable growth by demonstrating creative, responsible leadership. It was proposed by then-UN Secretary-General Coffey EMC易倍体育官方网站nEMC易倍体育官方网站 at the World Economic Forum in 1999, EMC易倍体育官方网站d officially launched at the UN headquarters in New York in July 2000.
In April 2014 the Yamato Group signed the United Nations Global Compact, a global framework for achieving sustainable growth.
By supporting the ten principles of the UN Global Compact ※EMC易倍体育官方网站d implementing them in its business activities, the Group contributes to the sustainable development of society by fostering a sound corporate culture.
