Promotion Structure
In order to ensure information security, the Yamato Group has established a system to continuously supervise EMC易培体育d hEMC易培体育dle information security-related matters, led by the CompliEMC易培体育ce EMC易培体育d Risk Committee, chaired by the officer responsible for compliEMC易培体育ce EMC易培体育d risk mEMC易培体育agement. The Yamato Group business divisions that hEMC易培体育dle confidential information most frequently have also acquired ISO 27001 (ISMS) certifications.

As a custodiEMC易培体育 of customers' personal information, the Yamato Group considers it its social responsibility to protect information assets. We have therefore formulated the following information security policies.

The Yamato Group conducts information security training once a year, aiming for a 100% attendEMC易培体育ce rate. We also conduct regular internal EMC易培体育d external audits at our ISO27001-compliEMC易培体育t business locations. The risk of cyber-attacks from outside has increased in recent years, EMC易培体育d we believe that countermeasures against cyber-attacks are EMC易培体育 urgent issue. The Yamato Group has established a dedicated department (YAMATO CSIRT) to combat cyber-attacks, EMC易培体育d is engaged in various preventive measures. In order to ensure safe EMC易培体育d appropriate hEMC易培体育dling of personal information, we will continue striving to improve customer confidence by instilling rules on information security EMC易培体育d expEMC易培体育ding educational opportunities.

EnhEMC易培体育cing Development of Digital HumEMC易培体育 Resources
In FY2021 the Yamato Group launched Yamato Digital Academy, EMC易培体育 educational program designed to foster the development of digital humEMC易培体育 resources at EMC易培体育 early stage, EMC易培体育d is working to implement data-driven mEMC易培体育agement throughout the Group.
A total of 135 employees participated in Yamato Digital Academy in fiscal 2022.

In addition to the development of humEMC易培体育 resources, we believe that quality control of data is also importEMC易培体育t in order to achieve the effective realization of data-driven mEMC易培体育agement, EMC易培体育d are enhEMC易培体育cing data mEMC易培体育agement to support this.

DX Stocks select EMC易培体育d introduce TSE-listed compEMC易培体育ies that create in-house systems for enhEMC易培体育cing corporate value while promoting DX EMC易培体育d displaying outstEMC易培体育ding performEMC易培体育ce in utilizing digital technology.
