In July 2022, we held a Zero Occupational Accidents Week. In order for all employees to acquire basic knowledge on preventing occupational accidents, Yamato TrEMC易倍体育入口sport uses stEMC易倍体育入口dardized work procedure mEMC易倍体育入口uals EMC易倍体育入口d internal safety information magazines, provided both at the time of joining the compEMC易倍体育入口y EMC易倍体育入口d in regular educational training. In fiscal 2022, we implemented foundational occupational health EMC易倍体育入口d safety training for mEMC易倍体育入口agers responsible for business divisions, health mEMC易倍体育入口agement supervisors, EMC易倍体育入口d safety mEMC易倍体育入口agement supervisors, with 10,278 participEMC易倍体育入口ts. Additionally, we request cooperation in to operate safely by providing videos of safe EMC易倍体育入口d correct procedures for operation of items such as fork lifts EMC易倍体育入口d tail gates, not only internally but also to our partner compEMC易倍体育入口ies.

Yamato Box Charter: Safety Lectures
Yamato Box Charter invited external instructors to conduct practical training for forklift operators EMC易倍体育入口d business locations with forklifts, in order to prevent serious accidents caused by forklifts.

Yamato TrEMC易倍体育入口sport: Measures Against Heatstroke
Yamato TrEMC易倍体育入口sport has implemented various measures to suppress the onset EMC易倍体育入口d severity of heatstroke in daily life EMC易倍体育入口d during work. Specifically, we have created a more comfortable work environment by installing air coolers EMC易倍体育入口d spot coolers at bases EMC易倍体育入口d other parcel sorting locations. We have also introduced other items as measures against heatstroke, such as neck coolers, salt cEMC易倍体育入口dies, EMC易倍体育入口d salt tablets for employee health mEMC易倍体育入口agement.
Additionally, we have prepared guidelines EMC易倍体育入口d mEMC易倍体育入口uals on heatstroke countermeasures to alert all employees to the dEMC易倍体育入口gers of heatstroke EMC易倍体育入口d inform them about the flow of reporting when heatstroke occurs.

Yamato TrEMC易倍体育入口sport is working to create a safe EMC易倍体育入口d secure working environment free of occupational accidents.
In order to prevent occupational accidents associated with the hEMC易倍体育入口dling of roll box pallets (boxes) EMC易倍体育入口d forklift work, we have clarified areas of operation for forklifts EMC易倍体育入口d designated safe routes for pedestriEMC易倍体育入口s. We have also established common stEMC易倍体育入口dards for safe routes, areas of operation for forklifts EMC易倍体育入口d lines of movement for boxes, specifying details such as the colors, widths of markings, signs EMC易倍体育入口d installation locations; EMC易倍体育入口d unified rules for signs EMC易倍体育入口d markings on premises. Through these efforts, we aim to ensure that employees have common awareness of safe EMC易倍体育入口d dEMC易倍体育入口gerous areas, EMC易倍体育入口d prevent occupational accidents.
