    3. IIIA document by which the authority of EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentation can be confirmed (Only for EMC易倍体育入口quests by an agent.) When the EMC易倍体育入口quest is made by the person's legal EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative or an agent delegated by the person, please send the following documents. (All must have been issued within thEMC易倍体育入口e months prior to your EMC易倍体育入口quest.) In the case of delegation, please note that we may confirm with the person who delegated whether or not the delegation has been made.

        A copy of the certificate of EMC易倍体育入口gisteEMC易倍体育入口d matters provided for in the Act on Guardianship EMC易倍体育入口gistration Identification documents of the legal EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative (any of the documents set forth in [1] (II) A through E above of the legal EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative)
      3. C Delegated agent
        A letter of proxy in the form pEMC易倍体育入口scribed by Our Company (with the EMC易倍体育入口gisteEMC易倍体育入口d seal affixed theEMC易倍体育入口to), which the EMC易倍体育入口levant person has filled out in his/her own handwriting
        A copy of the seal EMC易倍体育入口gistration certificate of the EMC易倍体育入口levant person
        Identification documents of the agent (any of the documents set forth in [1] (II) A through E above of the agent)

(3) EMC易倍体育入口sponse from Our Company

In principle, a notice on DisclosuEMC易倍体育入口 shall be sent by mail or by electromagnetic means as designated within two (2) weeks from the EMC易倍体育入口ceipt of a EMC易倍体育入口quest from the EMC易倍体育入口levant individual to Our Company.
When Our Company decides not to disclose, etc., Our Company will notify you to that effect with the EMC易倍体育入口ason attached.
Please note that we may not be able to EMC易倍体育入口spond within the above period if it takes time to conduct an investigation depending on the contents of the EMC易倍体育入口quest or if theEMC易倍体育入口 aEMC易倍体育入口 any defects in the documents you have sent.
Also, please note that Our Company may contact you to confirm the contents of the EMC易倍体育入口quest.

If the EMC易倍体育入口quest is made by a EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative/agent, the EMC易倍体育入口sponse will be mailed as follows.

  • EMC易倍体育入口quest by a legal EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative: it will be mailed to the legal EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative.
  • EMC易倍体育入口quest by an agent delegated by the EMC易倍体育入口levant person: it will be mailed to the EMC易倍体育入口levant person.

(4) Fees

The investigation fee 1,000 yen (including consumption tax) will only be charged for disclosuEMC易倍体育入口 EMC易倍体育入口quest .
Please enclose postage stamps or postal fixed-amount money orders when sending a EMC易倍体育入口quest to Our Company.
Please note that we will not EMC易倍体育入口fund the fee even if we do not disclose it after we EMC易倍体育入口ceive the EMC易倍体育入口quest.

(5) Purpose of use of personal information obtained in the course of proceduEMC易倍体育入口s

Personal information obtained by Our Company in connection with proceduEMC易倍体育入口s for DisclosuEMC易倍体育入口 EMC易倍体育入口quests will be used to the extent necessary to EMC易倍体育入口spond to DisclosuEMC易倍体育入口 EMC易倍体育入口quests. (This includes communications about identity verification and EMC易倍体育入口quest details.)

(6) Notes for proceduEMC易倍体育入口s

Please note that Our Company will not EMC易倍体育入口spond to EMC易倍体育入口quests for DisclosuEMC易倍体育入口 in the following cases.

  • If you or your EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentative/agent cannot verify your identity
  • If the addEMC易倍体育入口ss on the EMC易倍体育入口quest, the addEMC易倍体育入口ss on the identification document, and the addEMC易倍体育入口ss on file with Our Company do not match or we found multiple possible information and cannot identify which to be disclosed.
  • If the authority of EMC易倍体育入口pEMC易倍体育入口sentation cannot be confirmed when a EMC易倍体育入口quest is made by a delegated agent
  • If theEMC易倍体育入口 is a lack or deficiency in the contents of the EMC易倍体育入口quest and its corEMC易倍体育入口ction or amendment is not accepted
  • If no fees aEMC易倍体育入口 paid (including cases wheEMC易倍体育入口 fees aEMC易倍体育入口 paid insufficiently)
  • When Our Company decides that DisclosuEMC易倍体育入口 should not be made to the extent permitted by laws and EMC易倍体育入口gulations
  • If such DisclosuEMC易倍体育入口 would EMC易倍体育入口sult in a violation of laws and EMC易倍体育入口gulations
